Before: The patient presented with a deep bite and loss of vertical dimension, along with generalized staining, decay, and multiple failed composite veneers on teeth #6–11. The bite imbalance required a comprehensive functional and esthetic approach. After: Dr. Sands rebuilt the patient’s bite and restored proper occlusion with a full-mouth rehabilitation using 15 crowns and 12 porcelain veneers, reestablishing vertical dimension, strength, and a balanced, natural-looking smile.
